We had a Book themed birthday party. Everyone gave Tulia a book as a present (except for my family and of course Gina -aka the spoiler. but don't worry gina. she loves the mermaids and all their difficult dresses). Nate read "Where The Wild Things Are" and here is a photo of the showing of terrible claws and terrible roars and the like.
We made Wild Thing masks
and ate dang good cupcakes. Here is a photo of the preciousness of my mothers pastry skillz.
It was really sweet to see my baby being a big three year old. During the story she put her arm around her chum Alice. She handed out Tiaras and really was a princess for the day.
next birthday is mine. i'll be 32 on January 20th. jeez.
